Simple Mission

I thought it would be fun to write about something I enjoy doing.

Eating.

My mission is to sample the local cuisine of Kauai. One plate lunch at a time.

I am not a writer nor am I a food critic. I am simply a man that enjoys the many sensations of food: sight, smell, texture and flavor.
